By accessing or using any Sivect product or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
2. Products and Services
Sivect provides AI-native software products available through the Atlassian Marketplace. Use of our products is also subject to Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our products, attempt to circumvent security controls, or use our products for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All Sivect products, trademarks, and content are the property of Sivect. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sivect products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sivect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
6. Data and Privacy
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. For Atlassian Marketplace products, data is handled in accordance with Atlassian Forge platform terms and the product-specific addendum on each product page.
7. AI Classification Disclaimer
AI Comment Action Inbox uses AI to classify and prioritise @mention comments. Classifications are automated and may not always be accurate. Sivect is not liable for business decisions made based on AI classification results. Users should exercise their own judgement when acting on classified items.
8. Data Processing
By installing AI Comment Action Inbox, Jira administrators authorise the processing of comment data from their Atlassian instance as described in the Privacy Policy. The app must not be used to process data the installing organisation does not have rights to.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Legal notices should be sent to [email protected].
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via our website.
